.... and now AI has "postulated" that multiverses (multiple, ie parallel universes) exist... after more than 5000 years after the medical declaration!

Sorry, that's "vedic", not "medical*.

I must dispute the position of the First Entity on p.42, regarding the primary motivation for evolutionary success in sentient beings.

This is demonstrably false on our planet at least, across all levels of sentience.

Why? The operative phrase is "Beyond a certain point" which implies higher level of sentience (among sentients) where motivation tends more towards intellectual satisfaction in addition to just the basic comforts of life.

I recognised the Vedic principles from the outset but interested to see (just starting the book) how far the author will crystallise these interpretations into a definitive theological direction.

Dear KiwiReader,

This book, though with a ci-fi background, has, or so I tried, a more general theme which should appeal to other genres . You're right re the Vedic principles. I won't let out more, you'll see it as you go along.

Who are the First and Second Entities and of course who is the Mediator? I’m only about 50 pages in but it seems you’re introducing a theological aspect?

Thanks ___?___, for your comment.

In the very beginning I'd mentioned that there were a huge number of Entities, though the two concentrated on in lly in the story are referred to simply as the First and Second Entities (see pg 15, second-last para). The Mediator is just another Entity, though more evolved (which comes out later) with a dedicated role, meant to convey a sense of different functions served by various entities, and is not an active part of the plot. To keep up with the large number of protagonists and to follow the many terms, abbreviations etc it would be helpful to refer frequently to the appendices at the end. Maybe I should have mentioned this in the foreword.

Hope tohear more opinions as you continue reading.

Do mention, if you don't mind, your username. I remain "Dev" to all my readers.

Cosmic Roulette is a unique novel deeply rooted in the profound Vedic principle of the Trimurti (Creation, Preservation, and Destruction). The author has beautifully interwoven key concepts such as Cosmic Egg, Big Scrunch, Prime Continuum, Yugs, Karma, and Telepathy into a compelling sci-fi narrative.

Particularly in chapters like Chapter 2: Birth of a Universe, Chapter 6: Taskix of the Herkin System, and Chapter 70: Proto-Urvi and Maha Yug, one can see an exceptional blend of ancient Vedic philosophy and modern science.

This book is a priceless experience for readers who love to understand science through the lens of spirituality and hold deep faith in the philosophy of the Trimurti.

Written by Dev Ganesh, a retired Air Vice Marshal of the Indian Air Force, this 574-page epic is a remarkable contribution to the genre.

Best wishes to this cosmo-religious book.
